The year ends on another losing week, and the half year loss so far stands at over $30,000. A terrible 6 months so far but I will save that for the 6 month review in the next few days. Lets see how this week panned out.

ATP started again and I’m hoping to quickly recoup the -$17,000 start I have from ATP and WTA’s poor performance at the end of 2012. WTA has been given the flick and ATP H2H with a $75,000 bank and 1/25th Kelly is what I will be following for the entire 2013 season. I have already found it difficult to get matched at good odds as Sportsbet, Sportingbet and the other aussie bookies won’t let me get more then $50 – $100 on any match. Really pathetic of them. A slow start with $450 profit so far.

Last night I went to see my team play in the NBL and it was not a good way to spend new years eve, with them playing shit and losing in overtime. NBL ended this week losing $1,800. NBA totals made $3,100 and H2H lost $1,300. I really need NBA to continue on its run in the second half of the season, as it’s the only sport I am profitable in at the moment.

The big loser again was The Football Analyst, a shocking round once again, losing almost $6,000 from very few bets. With a large number of bets tonight, I’m hoping it can start the New year with a bang and get back into positive territory. XX Draws lost another $1,000 and Combi FI lost $200. FB Elite made $2,800 and there have been small signs of a revival in recent weeks. Hopefully things keep going his way.

That’s it for the week, another crappy effort and a real kick to the nuts for me over the last 2 weeks. I was within a few wins of breaking even for the past 6 months and would have taken that the way things have been going, but the last 2 weeks has seen $23,000 taken back of me. If i was a bookie, I would be happily taking bets from me. Hoping things turn around in the New Year, really need them to, or this blog could be just another of those one’s that prove how hard it really is to make a profit from sports betting.
