On Saturday morning I was ready to write how great betting was. I was up another $10,000 from last week and sitting on $65,000 and everything looked so rosy in the world of gambling. Then as always the weekend hit and crushed my dreams. I really need to drill down into my data and see how much the weekends have cost me. It might be a feasible option to take a step back on weekends and place no bets at all.
In the end I lost a paltry sum, but when things change so quickly, it really feels like a kick in the nuts. There’s no real point in me writing what went well and not. Just scroll down and look at the weekly profit and loss for each sport. Notables this week were NBA Totals which stormed back but NBA H2H bets had a shocker.
The NFL season is over, and they were the last bets I’ll ever place on it. My timing was shocking but I just cant continue on with it. Oz Horses is also gone, I should have stopped this earlier but held out hope for a few winning days which never came.
Every single soccer model is in negative. All these models had amazing histories going back over many years. It looks like I have started following at the worst possible time. Not sure what i’ll do with them for next season. Hopefully they can have a strong finish this year and make my decision easy.
So a small loss, but it really feels like I’ve lost $10,000 this week. garr
